- All products of heradi are delivered using Korea Post Office.
- Average amount of time for custom-made products is 10 to 14 days for (based on business days).
- It may take +2 days for Jeju Island, between islands and mountains.
-The expected delivery date may differ from the average delivery day, as there will be liquidity at the time of the order.
-Delivery may be delayed due to courier conditions

-Surface glow due to sweat, cosmetics, high temperature and chemicals may be reduced and plating may be discolored.
- Exercise and sauna jewelry are not recommended.
- After wearing it, wipe the surface clean with a soft cloth and store it, as there is a risk of surface scratches. We recommend that you archive your products individually.
- In case of chain products, it may break due to strong force, so be careful to wear them.

- Unopened product enclosed with a warranty within 7 days after delivery is completed can only be received through the place of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges due to simple customer change/errors will be charged for return shipping.
- Upon return, the payment will be canceled after the return product arrives at the head office.
- If you request to cancel your order after the product is shipped, you may be charged a return shipping fee. - Exchanges of products are made only if they are defective. (cannot be exchanged for another product)
- For natural stones, colors, tones, patterns, etc. are not subject to exchange/refund reasons. -Exchanges/refunds are not allowed for opening products, wearing products, custom-made products, and other modified products.
- Replacement/refund due to your simple change of heart and error will be charged for round trip shipping.

-Warranty must be attached when receiving A/S. If the warranty is lost, you cannot receive free service within the warranty period. Repairs may be restricted (no reissuance of warranty)
- It can be repaired free of charge within the product warranty period.
- Free repair: discoloration, chain break, etc.
- Repair of the repair: Product that has expired warranty period, lost warranty, changed size, lost jewelry, etc.
-Product warranty period is 1 year for GOLD, 6 months for SILVER, and 3 months for BRASS.
